Can I cancel/modify my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. They cannot be modified, so you will need to cancel the order and place the correct order.

What shipping services do you use?

For most locations, we use UPS, which offers Ground Saver and 3 Day Select services. For some locations, we use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail as the costs are cheaper. If you have a specific shipping need, please email us and we can figure something out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight, distance, and the service you select at checkout (expedited shipping is more expensive).

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations around the world. If you aren't able to check out because of your location, email us.

Will I have to pay duties or other fees on my order?

This is different from country to country, and we cannot know upfront how much duties, import fees, or taxes will be. Please refer to your country's laws before placing an order. We are not responsible for paying these fees. We can ship commercial orders from our facility in India if it will reduce costs for you; please contact us to arrange this before ordering.

When will my order ship?

Orders of in stock items will ship within 2 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders will ship directly to you from our facility in Virginia. For higher quantities and custom orders, we can ship directly from our factory in India.

Can I pick up my order in person?

If you are local to the Washington, DC area, email us to arrange local pick up. We will refund any shipping charge.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

First, please check the tracking to find out the status. Once the shipment has left us, it is in the hands of the courier so they will have better information. If the order is delayed by customs, weather, etc., the courier may be able to provide this information. If there is no explanation for the delay, we recommend contacting both the courier to ask about the status of your shipment and us to let us know there is a problem. We will help as best we can.

Returns and Refunds

What if there's something wrong with the items I received?

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt.

What is your return policy?

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. We do not accept returns or give refunds unless garments have significant defects or damage (natural color variation in garment-dyed clothes does not count). We also do not accept returns or give refunds after garments have been altered by you or a third party. We do not accept returns on samples.

Refunds will only be given when a return is received. You are responsible for shipping the returned item(s).
